add 'word' menus on a a bar across the top

add "word" menus on a a bar across the top, because; when using program, placement of say "start button" (just let's say - a few 4 letter words & asking my wife to help me out - NOT GOOD) This simple inclusion could be added as an "option" or removed by younger people - but, to me - would be a very good "map" for us "older" users to find our way around.
